Nelly and her team were kind, friendly and professional. Of course they did an excellent job and were thoughtful about my needs and my belongings. This was a particularly challenging cleaning because it was a deep cleaning and the house had been in the state of refurbishing. It was also a bit of work Zone even still. I’ve had a great experience so far with this cleaning service. I was using another cleaning service that was fine but I needed someone to do a move in clean on short notice and my existing cleaner wasn’t available. After I saw the great work they did I decided to replace my existing cleaner. They do a really thorough job, my house always smells amazing and the people are SO NICE. Today they broke one of my glasses and when they told me they had already figured out how to replace them (which was above and beyond - definitely wouldn’t have asked them to replace them). All in all great service.
